  • Pick two dates to implement Change for Miles campaign
    • 1st date: we send PR Director to discuss Miles Perret Cancer Services and Campaign
    • 2nd date:  period of week, weeks, or month to implement Change for Miles campaign
  • We’ll  provide and deliver bottles and print collateral (with both of our logos) to distribute to children, display in school and send home to parents for explanation
  • We’ll arrange for media to promote campaign and Dumping Day
  • We’ll arrange for an armored truck to park next to school so that students can drop off filled change bottles for Dumping Day
  • We’ll contact school to let them know how much change was raised for program and submit press release with photos to paper
  • We’ll also post all information on campaign, funds raised and school involvement on our website
  • Any community service hours needed to be granted in support of campaign will be administered by our staff

 TIPS to DRIVE CAMPAIGN MOTIVATION:

  • In schools offer jean or free dress days to students that remit bottles of change
  • Have inner or outer school rivalries of bottle collection: class vs. class, grade vs. grade, school vs. another school
  • Hold inner office incentives: longer lunch break for employee that brings in most filled bottles, give a free lunch
